Lined Faces

The elderly are respected all over the world. They have walked the arduous path of life before us, commanding our esteem.

I enjoy photographing older people. Their wizened faces hold a character rarely seen in youth. The furrowing lines on their faces are as enigmatic as the lives in which it was wrought.

Inspired by the great Steve McCurry, I forever lookout for interesting older adults to photograph.

These are a few of my favourite portraits of such veterans. Through these images, I hope to depict the personas of these old-timers.
